Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that within 30 days from the date of purchase, those who meet the conditions can return & refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

* If the item arrives opened or tampered with, we will not be able to issue a refund.

* Any shipping, customs duties, or other fees incurred for the return of the item will be automatically deducted when the refund is made.

1. Return & Refund

We will complete the review within 72 hours and you will receive an email for the review result. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After the returned product is inspected, assuming the returned product meets the standards, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

* Please note that your refund will be made to your original order payment method. It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception for faulty or damaged merchandise or packaging, quantity issues or missing items. Please contact us immediately at e.p.beauty2024@gmail.com. You will be asked to provide the order number and the information of the damaged or missing items. We will complete the review within 72 hours and you will receive an email for the review result.

3. Exchange

If you meet the above conditions, please contact us at e.p.beauty2024@gmail.com. You will be asked to provide the order number and the information of the items that needed to be exchanged. We will complete the review within 72 hours and you will receive an email for the review result.

4. Parcel Lost / Stolen During Delivery

Please contact us at e.p.beauty2024@gmail.com. You will be asked to provide the order number and the information of the items. We will complete the review within 72 hours and you will receive an email for the review result with lost parcel confirmation link. Customers can choose to resend the package after confirmation of the address or issue the refund.

* Please note that the processing time within the United States is approximately after 20 days from the date of purchase into the process, and 40 days from the date of purchase into the process for international delivery.
